At Parriet Preparatory School, the basic
National Curriculum is enriched by experienced teachers
using a range of teaching and learning strategies backed
up by good resources including ICT. Drama, art, school visits
and strong links with parents involvement mean that pupils
have many opportunities to excel in all areas of learning
and development.
The School operates on a national curriculum
designed by the Ministry of education and Sports in the
department of National Curriculum Development in Education.
The Kindergarten
Age range; 3-5 years
This school has its own administration with 3 classes that
is baby, middle and Top class.
The timetable entails Number, English,
rhymes, Music and Drama, story telling, news, Art and Craft
Motor Skills development.

The Primary School
Infact Section:
Age range; 6-7 years-
Primary 1 & 2
The curriculum operates on a symatic curriculum involving
the following subjects :-
-Classes begin at 8.00am – 1.00pm with intervals of break
and lunch time.
Middle Section: Age 8&9 years –Primary 3&4
Subjects also operate on a symatic curriculum as above.
Classes of Middle school begin 7am-4pm with intervals of
break, lunch time and afternoon classes.
Upper School :
Ages 10-12 years of primary 5- 7
subjects of middle school are handled at an advanced level.
This is the period within which we prepare a child to sit
for the national Examinations at primary seven.
